My Story
I’ve had a passion for fitness from a young age but I've also struggled with making healthy food choices most of my life. As I aged, I learned that you can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet. As the years rolled by, my weight increased in spite of me also increasing my exercise.

I was working harder but not smarter!

With a family history of heart disease and type 2 diabetes I realized something had to change. So to increase my personal knowledge of health and wellness, I became a Certified Health Coach and Weight Management Specialist.

Then, my mother came home after a kidney transplant and it quickly became obvious that she didn’t know what to do next. Doctors sent her home with booklets and food lists that were overwhelming. I was able to help her navigate her new lifestyle changes using the tools I had learned on my own journey.
Today, I guide clients to make small changes resulting in big benefits, without extreme diets or excessive exercise programs. I believe improving nutrition, increasing movement, and decreasing stress are pathways to improving wellbeing.

With kindness and accountability, I will provide support to you while focusing on your overall health.
